Submit Reservaway rental requests to the scraper API (JSON API via api.reservaway.com). Monitor jobs on the Reservaway live dashboard.

Async mode: Uses POST /api/scrape/reservaway with mode: async then polls progress. Send iata (e.g. MIA, FLL, JFK) or city name. Bulk: POST /api/scrape/reservaway/bulk. Pool: RW_SCRAPE_CONCURRENCY (170).
