Async mode: Uses POST /api/scrape/rentingcarz with mode: async then polls progress. Send iata (e.g. MIA, FLL, JFK) or city name. Bulk: POST /api/scrape/rentingcarz/bulk. Pool: RCZ_SCRAPE_CONCURRENCY (170).
