DiscoverCars Scraper Dashboard

Submit DiscoverCars car rental requests to the HMS scraper API (ScraperAPI + discovercars.com JSON). Monitor jobs on the DiscoverCars live dashboard.

Async mode: Uses POST /api/scrape/discovercars with mode: async then polls progress. Send mco (MIA or MCO) or locationId (2203 = MIA, 2204 = MCO). Bulk jobs are queued and run with pool concurrency (see DISCOVERCARS_SCRAPE_CONCURRENCY on the server).
