Submit CarTrawler rental requests to the HMS scraper API (CarTrawler OTA JSON API → otageo.cartrawler.com). Monitor jobs on the Cartrawler live dashboard (/cartrawlerlive).

Async mode: Uses POST /api/scrape/cartrawler with mode: async then polls progress. Send iata (e.g. MIA, MCO). Bulk: POST /api/scrape/cartrawler/bulk. Pool: CARTRAWLER_SCRAPE_CONCURRENCY (30).
