Submit CarRental8 rental requests to the scraper API (HTML scraping from carrental8.com with embedded JSON data). Monitor jobs on the CarRental8 live dashboard.

Async mode: Uses POST /api/scrape/carrental8 with mode: async then polls progress. Send iata (e.g. MIA, FLL, JFK) or city name. Bulk: POST /api/scrape/carrental8/bulk. Pool: CR8_SCRAPE_CONCURRENCY (170).
