Async mode: Uses POST /api/scrape/bookingcars with mode: async then polls progress. Send mco / pickIata (airport IATA, e.g. MCO). Use POST /api/scrape/bookingcars/bulk with a requests array for bulk async jobs. Pool: BOOKING_SCRAPE_CONCURRENCY.
